Hey, we’ve mentioned two other gigs we ended up not playing so we might as well do this one. The Black Assassins were one of 13 acts booked to play this retrospective gig of 5 decades of Brisbane bands. Unfortunately it was cancelled 3 days before due to problems with public liability insurance. But it bought all 4 members of the band back together in Brisbane at the same for the first time in 18 years and inspired us to get our act together and finally put out this album we should have released over two decades ago.
